“Efficient seniors’ inclusion: do not hold a candle under the dowry, share your talents and hobby – inspire others” - HOBBY (2021-1-PL01-KA210-ADU-000034905) is Erasmus+ strategic partnership project.
Objectives:
* to improve competences of adult educators;
* to exchange of good practices and experiences;
* to develop talents and train creative skills of adult learners with focus on hobbies;
* to support inclusion of seniors in adult education;
* to improve the availability of high-quality learning opportunities for adults;
* to improve the capacities of organisations active in the fields of adult education and training;
* to contribute to the awareness about the cultural diversity in Europe.
Activities
The main activities will be focused on the improvement of competences during exchange of practices between project partners and work on the project E-Book. Partners will organise transnational meetings and training course, international and local workshops, evaluation, dissemination and follow-up activities.
Impact
Project E-Book will be main tangible result. It will consist of good practices and pedagogical materials. There will be chapter about skills-oriented hobbies - knitting, glass, clay, ceramic, metal and wood works, floristry, ethnic ornaments, also chapter about music, songs, dances, art and about different collections. The idea is to share what partners have in own countries, to learn about creativity and cultural diversity in Europe and to transfer ideas and hobbies from one country to other.
