EURIKA  is non-governmental organisation founded in Estonia by volunteers with experience in European projects specially to provide lifelong learning projects for disadvantaged people: unemployed youth, people in age 50+, women, low educated and people without professions and disabled.

Volunteers organise seminars and workshops to motivate these people to learn and make them active and not socially excluded. Lifelong learning is one of the opportunities for them to participate in the vocational trainings, to come together, to share their knowledge, skills and experiences, to communicate with other people and to learn new skills for possible future jobs or business. It is also chance to learn more about people from other cultures with the same problems and to find together solutions how to solve common problems.

There are many representatives of national minorities involved in these activities who can share own vision about cultural diversity, teach own traditions, make intercultural adialogue and learn from others.
