Learn from others - teach others: mobility in Estonia
"Learn from others - teach others: mobility in Estonia" (2015-1-LV01-KA104-013323) was Erasmus+ Programme KA1 project for adult educators where EURIKA was partner for Latvian NGO ALTUM.
Two adult educators from ALTUM learned between 01.06.2015 - 01.06.2016 in Tallinn best practices of EURIKA staff members. In August 2015 was organized job shadowing program for ALTUM leader Dainis Olders who learned in details education system in Estonia and particularly in non-formal education for adult learners, also day by day NGO activities, discussed strategy of adult education and international cooperation.
Partners discussed possibilities for partnership in Erasmus+ KA2 strategic partnership project "Floristry in solving unemployment problems". EURIKA applied with this project in 2016 but it was rejected by Estonian National Agency. Partners decided to improve application and apply once again in Estonia in 2017.
The leader of ALTUM education center Inguna Igovena in December 2015 participated in EURIKA activities about social media for adult learners and discussed possible future activities in both NGOs.
